Director, Property Management

Jeanne Baker

Ms. Baker has more than 30 years of experience as a licensed realtor, including 15 years managing and marketing affordable senior communities. She is responsible for overseeing marketing and leasing for all the Alden Foundation developments and oversees property managers responsible for the Foundation’s affordable independent living communities. Ms. Baker also assists in identifying new sites for development.

Property Manager

Peggy Hansen

As Property Manager for Barrington Horizon Senior Living Community, Peggy’s responsibilities include meeting with prospective residents and their families, coordinating activities for residents as well as additional day-to-day management responsibilities. Peggy previously worked as a Case Manager in senior social services and has extensive knowledge of benefits, community services and aging issues.

Maintenance Engineer

Richard Houck

Maintenance Engineer Richard Houck brings nearly 30 years of building maintenance experience to Barrington Horizon. In addition to his exemplary work ethic and dedication to maintaining the building, he has a sunny nature and positive attitude that has endeared him to residents and family members alike. He truly is a gem!
